Kick Off Online SAR Conference Registration
Sorors,
Great news! Online registration is now available for the 55th South Atlantic Regional Conference for financially active sorors.
The conference will be held at the Tampa Convention Center from April 23 – April 27, 2008. Early registration is available until
March 15. A late fee of $50 will be assessed after March 15. The registration period ends on April 1st.
If you plan to bring a guest or child to the conference, you will need to mail your registration form and the guest/child registration
forms to the Registrar. We have attached copies of the Soror, Guest and Child Registration forms for your convenience. You may not
register a non-financial member as a guest.

HERE to access the on line registration system. Please review the
registration instructions below for assistance in registering.
- To log in to the registration system, click the Login link on the left menu. Your login is your e-mail address
(which must be the same one that is on file at the corporate office) and your password is your financial card number.
Passwords must be at least six characters – if your financial card number is less than six characters use zeroes as a
prefix (e.g., 5555 should be entered as 005555).
- If you were financially active in 2007 or are currently active for 2008, an expanded menu will appear on the left.
Click on the My Information link to check and update your address information, as necessary.
- Select the Upcoming Events link from the left menu.
- Click on the 55th South Atlantic Regional Conference on the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Register for this Event Button.
- Select the appropriate registration fee (Graduate or Undergraduate) from the drop down box. Scroll down and
complete the registration form and select the activities and workshops you want to attend for each date/time slot.
Click on Add to Cart and then Check Out by entering your credit card information. You will receive an e-mail
confirmation of your registration.
- If you have trouble logging in, it is possible that your information is incorrect in the corporate office data base.
Please ensure that you can log in to the members only side of the corporate office data base

your profile information to verify the email address that you have on file and your membership status. If your
membership status is incorrect, send an email to

Please remember that your registration will be considered pending until your per capita payment for 2008 has been verified.
Your registration may be cancelled if your 2008 dues are not paid.
